I am the CEO of Isoratec®. I am very proud of our company and its team for helping to create our intuitive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Your Sales Team.
Teamwork is one of the key reasons for our success; we use our individual strengths together to accomplish more, than we can do alone.
Having acquired a solid experience managing an international home health, infusion therapy and Durable Medical Equipment business nearly 23 years ago, we decided that the time had come to deploy our healthcare Information Technology know-how to the US market. To that end, we have launched Isoratec® with the release of our newest customer relationship management (CRM) system along with its iOS app, designed specifically for use by assisted living and post-acute care providers.
As a global leader in the development of homecare systems abroad, our management team has leveraged its expertise in CRM solutions to incorporate state-of-the-art functionalities. The Isoratec® application is easy to learn and use, designed for Sales Representatives to prepare for upcoming Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) requirements, as well as ensure alignment with an ongoing patient diagnosis paradigm.
To ensure maximum security and speed, our CRM is hosted in the cloud with Amazon Web Services and on HIPAA-compliant servers.

Born in Lebanon, I moved to the US to escape war in my home country and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering , but inspired by my brother’s work as a physician – I expanded my expertise to move into healthcare. Isoratec’s name was inspired by the Isora cliff in Spain, where I spent my holidays with my wife Raquel and two daughters Paloma and Christina.
